PICK-UPS: Your order is processed within 2 hours after receipt of payment. You may pick up your order anytime on Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am - 6:00pm.
SHIPMENTS: Your order is processed within 2 business days after receipt of payment and is shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We CANNOT group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be applied to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $100+!
As you’re likely aware, since last year the global supply chain has been facing major disruptions causing a widespread rise in raw material, production, and transportation costs. Not a happy BB BABE and need to return an item?! No worries! Our Return Policy and process is quick and simple.
- You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery/pick-up to return your item(s).
- We ONLY offer returns for loyalty points. These points can be used at any time to purchase another item.
- WE DO NOT OFFER MONETARY REFUNDS.
- If you return an item, you will not receive your money back. You will receive loyalty points added to your BB Bucks Loyalty Account. If you do not create a Loyalty account, you will not be able to receive your points
- Your loyalty points do not have an expiration date.
- The following items are all Final Sale and DO NOT qualify for returns under any circumstances:
- Shoes, Hats, Jewelry, Belts, Bags, Lingerie, Shapewear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Fishnets, Hoseries, Fishnets, Bralettes, Underwear, Boob Tape, Pasties, Lotions, Creams, Oils, Scrubs, Makeup, And All Sales Items.

- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to Bri Boutique's St. Thomas Warehouse.
- For item(s) to qualify for a return they MUST NOT have any signs of wear such as:
- Odors of any kind, such as perfume or body odor
- Makeup stains
- Stains of any kind,
- Fabric visibly stretched out of its original form
