REFUND POLICY

Not a happy BB BABE and need to return an item?! No worries! Our Return Policy and process is quick and simple.

• You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery/pick-up to return your item(s).
• We ONLY offer returns for loyalty points. These points can be used at any time to purchase another item.
• WE DO NOT OFFER MONETARY REFUNDS.
• If you return an item, you will not receive your money back. You will receive loyalty points added to your BB Bucks Loyalty Account. If you do not create a Loyalty account, you will not be able to receive your points
• Your loyalty points do not have an expiration date.
• The following items are all Final Sale and DO NOT qualify for returns under any circumstances:
• SHOES, HATS, JEWELRY, BELTS, LINGERIE, SHAPEWEAR, BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, FISHNETS, HOSERIES, BRALETTES, UNDERWEAR, BOOB TAPE, PASTIES, LOTIONS, CREAMS, OILS, SCRUBS, MAKEUP, AND ALL SALE ITEMS.
• At this time, we DO NOT offer free return shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your returns back to Bri Boutique's St. Thomas Warehouse:

• Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to Bri Boutique's St. Thomas Warehouse.
• For item(s) to qualify for a return they MUST NOT have any signs of wear such as:
• Odors of any kind, such as perfume or body odor
• Makeup stains
• Stains of any kind, 
• Fabric visibly stretched out of its original form
• Rips/tears.

To begin the return process, please email briboutiquecustomerservice@gmail.com to receive our Return Form. Please be sure to include your order number and your reason for your return in your return shipment.
